I really hate writing essays on impacts and what so ever ...
... so here I am stuck at the impacts of the organisation - like what do I write?!
and in addition, I want to finish it ASAP!!!!

I know it's not Sunday the 19th anymore, but my current word count is 1393, and I still got a whole 1000 words to complete!!!! I'm really out of words - left with lessons learned & experience & insights gained !!!
